candidateAbsolutely not worth £1,200 — look elsewhere.
Absolutely not worth £1,200 — look elsewhere. I was promised that they would apply for roles that offered visa sponsorship. However, they only checked whether a company was a licensed sponsor, rather than verifying whether the specific role actually offered sponsorship. Out of the five interviews they arranged, three were for positions that did not offer sponsorship, resulting in rejection for reasons that should have been checked beforehand. Another role required five years of experience, which was not suitable for my profile. For a service costing £1,200, I expected much better research, attention to detail and a more personalised approach. Instead, I feel that valuable time and money were wasted on opportunities that were never realistically suitable. My honest advice: save your money and look elsewhere. £1,200 is far too much for this level of service. I would not recommend it.

candidateVague Adverts and Given the Cold Shoulder
Gleeson is an agency i have known for a while, they have never been stellar but as I have progressed in my career they do not ever seem to want to engage.
I am passed around more minor team members rather than deal with those with the placements that are appropriate.
They clearly have a black book approach where roles are farmed out to their favourite contacts, not necessarily those that meet the requirements.
I have attempted contacting them through a variety of means but I am just ghosted.
