Efficient and great communication!

Ignores and ghosts applicants. I understand recruitment agencies get super busy but after applying for a dream position, calling several times and being promised call backs I got nothing. I went direct to the firm instead and I was told I was too late. I commented on a LinkedIn post about how they hate firms who Ghost and then the owner Rich advised he would look into it, I removed my comments out of respect and this promise, but I was ghosted again. I wouldn't deal with a firm like this. **Edit** In response to texting your landline number, landlines can receive text messages, it reads them aloud. That said this was following advice from your staff after calling, to which they said they received them and I was pleasantly surprised, now I know I was being robbed off, I hope you listen to that call recording. In response to you saying that I haven't applied, I can see within LinkedIn job tracker that I did. Taking ownership and apologising would have been the right and humane thing to do. I would have taken it on the chin if your CEO didn't gloat about getting back to people.

I am not sure why Google cancelled my review but here it is-again: I cannot thank Marvel enough for all the help. Lucy (and Laura) were extremely helpful throughout the process with every question and query answered. They have a personal and friendly approach, informing me about all the updates and making the whole process easier. They are BRILLIANT. Couldn't recommend them enough!
