Marvel FMCG

Absolutely best experience working with Marvel. Great communication, clear directions and just felt very personal. Would highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Marvel Recruitment enough! From the moment Jake put my CV forward for my new role, the support and encouragement I received was fantastic. My recruiter Jake was incredibly supportive, helpful, encouraging and professional throughout the entire process. He constantly kept me updated, checked in to see how I was getting on, and offered plenty of encouragement, praise and congratulations along the way. His colleagues at Marvel were equally lovely and supportive, making what can be a stressful process feel so much more positive and enjoyable. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my experience and success. Thank you to the entire Marvel team for all your support. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next career opportunity!

Great communication throughout the interview journey, good feedback post interview. Great agency to work with. Special mentions to Jake, Lucy and Laura for their support

Jake was super helpful throughout the whole interview process and very supportive. Lucy was also very helpful and made sure I was always in the loop.

Very positive experience, the team at Marvel kept me in the loop from initial call to interview and shared comprehensive feedback as well as transparency on the roles.

Efficient and great communication!

Ignores and ghosts applicants. I understand recruitment agencies get super busy but after applying for a dream position, calling several times and being promised call backs I got nothing. I went direct to the firm instead and I was told I was too late. I commented on a LinkedIn post about how they hate firms who Ghost and then the owner Rich advised he would look into it, I removed my comments out of respect and this promise, but I was ghosted again. I wouldn't deal with a firm like this. **Edit** In response to texting your landline number, landlines can receive text messages, it reads them aloud. That said this was following advice from your staff after calling, to which they said they received them and I was pleasantly surprised, now I know I was being robbed off, I hope you listen to that call recording. In response to you saying that I haven't applied, I can see within LinkedIn job tracker that I did. Taking ownership and apologising would have been the right and humane thing to do. I would have taken it on the chin if your CEO didn't gloat about getting back to people.

I am not sure why Google cancelled my review but here it is-again: I cannot thank Marvel enough for all the help. Lucy (and Laura) were extremely helpful throughout the process with every question and query answered. They have a personal and friendly approach, informing me about all the updates and making the whole process easier. They are BRILLIANT. Couldn't recommend them enough!
