I had great experience with Tas/Propel on landing a new role. Tas was a breath of fresh air vs. many of the other recruiters I've dealt in the past.

Working with Tas at Propel has been a dream. I was reached out for a role with a great company that was extremely aligned with my experience. I appreciate the level of detail they put in to searching for the right people for the right roles. From the start of the interview process Tas was my champion and they helped me immensely in every step of the process. They kept me informed at every step of the process, coached me up, and provided insights of what to expect. I have never worked with such a detailed and dedicated recruiter - Propel is lucky to have them.

Very poor. Recruiter showed plenty of enthusiasm with initial approach but was then consistently late for scheduled phone calls. I was given a week deadline for an interview task but was being pressured by her to submit after 2 days. Having rushed to complete it, I got completely ghosted after I submitted my response. I dont mind being told Ive not progressed further but to not be told anything after spending 2 days on a task response is unforgiveable. Avoid.

Professional and very helpful

Ollie and Mel were fantastic throughout the process, keeping me updated every step of the way. They gave honest and constructive feedback on my CV, along with valuable tips to strengthen it and prepare effectively for interviews. The application pack that Propel created was spot on and really helped me stand out. Just a heads-up: there are scammers out there pretending to be Propel, so be cautious. If you come across negative reviews, there's a good chance they're linked to those fake accounts. The real Propel team is genuinely excellent.

I've had the pleasure of working with Amy on a couple of recruitment projects, most notably when she helped me secure a role with a values-aligned client. Amy's approach is refreshingly helpful and responsive, and I particularly appreciate how she encourages clients to consider diversity when appointing someone to a position. Amy shines when faced with a good challenge.
