Joss Search

I have found this recruitment agency to be below par as I have applied for hundreds of roles through them and each one is met with the same unhelpful response. I don't know if they use AI in the selection process or there is a personal grudge someone has against me there but many many suitable roles are me with the same blanket rejection reply. Shame. They seem to have the suitable roles but not the ability to assist me. There are a lot of negative remarks in the feedback on here and I see a pattern which I think is of great concern.

The Joss team really are fantastic; both their perm team (Al Baker in particular deserves a special mention) and their temp side. At every point and turn of the process Joss were consultative and considerate in sounding out my thoughts, sharing timely feedback, and offering thoughtful guidance going forward. I can't recommend Joss enough for how, arguably, enjoyable they made interviewing feel like dating myself professionally happy again! A BIG thank you.

I worked with Joss for just over a year and every experience was nothing short of exceptional. The work they provide and the clients they work with provide extremely nice environments to work at and my days on shift were always enjoyable. A really great team at Joss Search! After temping with them for a few months, they found me a great company to work at where I then became permanent staff. The team are very supportive and care deeply about where they place their temps. A special shoutout to Rosie who I felt provided me with extra support, was warm and friendly but also very professional. She helped make the transition from temp to permanent really easy. Massively unprofessional in conducting telephone calls - I could hear the salacious office gossip about clients and candidates more than the recruiter who droned on in a thick incomprehensible accent.

Joss Search are a fantastic team! Once you are registered, all of the consultants are very active in sending roles which was so reassuring for me as there have been times I have registered with an agency and never heard from them again.
