Never respond

I had a very disappointing experience with SeekHR. I contacted three different recruiters regarding roles that closely matched my skills and experience, but not a single one responded. I also applied for several suitable vacancies and received no acknowledgement or feedback. It's incredibly frustrating to miss out on opportunities simply because recruiters ignore messages from candidates. Communication is a basic expectation in recruitment, and unfortunately SeekHR fell well below that standard. At what point does "my inbox is inundated with messages" stop being a valid excuse? If the founder also doesn't respond to messages, it certainly gives the impression that this lack of communication is accepted throughout the business. I would not recommend using SeekHR. Then again, you probably won't have much choice because they never seem to respond.

I’ve worked with quite a few recruiters over the years but Lori at Seekhr is honestly one of the best. She is incredibly supportive and actually stays in touch throughout the whole process which is so rare to find. I really felt like she had my best interests at heart and she was a total advocate for me from start to finish. She is professional, transparent, and just a lovely person to deal with. If you're looking for a consultant who actually listens and knows the market inside out I can’t recommend Lori enough.

I worked directly with chloe and she was fantastic. Constant communication with me, updates, and just really great banter. She managed to get me a job in a week which is wild because I’ve been struggling in the market for months. Chloe is also the nicest person I’ve ever worked with. If you’re looking for a job go to chloe she will help effectively and efficiently.
