I worked with Christian to get my new role at Portman Finance and Christian made the process as seemless as possible and was there for me every step of the way.

I had a very bad experience with Amy Lawrie. I applied for a role and got shortlisted. Had a phone call and after explaining how far I live from the job (1 hour), she rejected my application saying I live too far without even seeing my technical capabilities. I did mention I am happy to do the commute regardless of the client wanting someone within 45 minutes drive, as the opportunity is good but still rejected my application. The first time I am hearing a recruiter rejecting someone just because of how far they live even if they all the perfect skills for the role.

I had a lovely experience with Angie. The shortlisting and interview process was informative and quick, and Angie briefed me through everything. Her patience when I got lost 30 minutes to the interview slot, was helpful in calming my nerves and I was able to do well in the interview. The interview feedback was not long and painful, and I appreciated Angie, helping me manoeuvre through personal challenges. Many recruiters will forget about the candidate after they have accepted an offer, but Angie's checked on me, a couple of my days into my new role. This was kind and highly appreciated.
