Biased to an hospitality industry only

Gemma and the team are really very professional and personal, and I get that they are a hospitality only brand - but its always disappointing that they never come back to me after a conversation / application because I don't have 'enough' hospitality experience.
I appreciate that you have to differentiate CVs for clients and match their expectations, but disappointing to constantly get pushed back with role I know I could do!
please help educate clients that there are really HR folk out there that can add value (maybe more value) having other industry experience..

Not a great experience

I had a 20 min interview following a linked in approach for a role. They couldn't tell me the job title, the salary, the company or any of the key deliverables - pretty much a waste of my time and theirs?
What is the point ????

Back to Hammersmith

I had a very positive experience with re:find when they placed me into an Interim TA Lead role at Kambi.

What stood out to me most was the quality of the relationship throughout the process. The team were warm, professional and easy to deal with, but also highly credible and well-briefed. I never felt like I was being pushed into something for the sake of a placement. Instead, I felt they had taken the time to understand both the client’s needs and my background, and were trying to make a strong match on both capability and fit.

Communication was one of the strongest parts of the experience. I was kept well informed at each stage, with clear updates and good responsiveness. The conversations felt honest and constructive, which makes a real difference in interim hiring where speed matters, but so does context. I particularly appreciated that the discussions felt thoughtful rather than transactional.

The opportunity itself was also presented well. I had a clear sense of the brief, the environment, and where I could add value. That helped me go into the process with confidence and made the overall experience feel well-managed.

In terms of what went well, I would highlight three things in particular: the professionalism of the consultants, the quality and clarity of communication, and the sense that they were genuinely invested in getting the right outcome rather than simply making a quick introduction.

If I were to offer one constructive point for improvement, it would only be around continuing to build on the level of detail shared during the process, particularly in interim assignments where nuance around stakeholders, pace, and priorities can be incredibly helpful. That said, my overall experience was very strong and very positive.

I would happily recommend re:find to both clients and candidates. They were a pleasure to deal with and handled the process in a supportive, professional and credible way.

An excellent firm

I have worked with Katrina Stewart at Eton Bridge on a recent Financial Services opportunity and Liz Skakel on networking opportunities. I have found them to be responsive, keeping processes moving forward and providing updates along the way. They do the type of up-front due diligence that differentiates them in the market.

No excuse for ghosting

I was approached through LinkedIn by an associate partner at this firm, who had presumably viewed my profile and found it suitable. She asked me to sign an NDA and sent me the candidate brief. After I confirmed my interest and sent her my CV, she completely ghosted me, despite the polite requests for feedback/updates I sent her over the following 2-3 weeks.

Help at the drop of a hat!

Eton Bridge partnered with me on a search for a Head of HR role at Danny Sullivan Group, working to a very specific and demanding brief. They consistently presented a strong, well-curated shortlist, with candidates who clearly matched both the technical and cultural requirements of the role.

Their approach was warm, professional, and well organised, with strong communication and genuine care for the candidate experience throughout the process.

While the assignment concluded before we were able to make a final appointment, the quality of the search and the integrity of their process were excellent. I would confidently recommend Eton Bridge and would work with them again.
