Innovation
Our knowledge is not defined and limited to skill sets, we understand business lines and we understand them on both a technical and a human level. Because of this we are able to identify value and opportunities that are outside of the traditional perspective, our knowledge is used across businesses.
Focus
It should be a given that search firms have a deep knowledge base when it comes to respective specialist markets. In that respect we are no different. However we also have a deep understanding of how business lines work, how they communicate and how markets and skill sets overlap. This kind of focus allows us to respond with innovative and performance oriented solutions to our clients' needs.

Posts jobs that do not exist at exorbitant base salaries to extract data from people predominantly on LinkedIn. What they use people’s data for, we do not know. Very dishonest and disingenuous. I contacted them to remove my details via a DSAR.

Stand offish lazy recruiters that have no idea of the salary the client is offering and expect you to pitch your CV and Skillset, what’s the point of being a recruitment agency if the employee is doing all the work themselves? Also got given a candidate form to fill out even though i had answered all the questions on call, weird and not good at communication but jump at the chance of introduction fees.

Awful. Posting jobs that don't exist. Then re-posting. Candidates take time to research and apply. Mondrian Alpha don't care that over 150 candidates waste their precious time applying for a role that was never there. It really is not OK. When I called them out, the post gets removed and I am told "because we are now in final stages". Weeks later, its posted again? A terrible organisation. What you put out, will come back.
