As this was the first time in many years looking for a new position, I was a little nervous. She quickly put me at ease, gave me confidence and always available for any questions. I had a fantastic experience working with Broster Buchanan (especially Oliver Cheshire) throughout the recruitment process. He gave me the opportunity to interview with RSM and were incredibly supportive from start to finish. Their transparency, helpful advice, and clear communication made me feel well prepared and confident at every stage. I truly appreciated their honesty and guidance, which made the whole experience smooth and positive. Thank you for being such a great recruiter—I really value all your support and would highly recommend them to anyone going through the recruitment process.

I would highly recommend engaging with Pip, her deep understanding of hiring for Cyber and information security roles means that she can quickly spot transferable skills and good fit roles to match those skill sets. My experience with her was pleasant, professional and friendly.

I can’t thank Oliver enough for all of his help throughout my job search. I originally applied for a different role, but instead of just focusing on that one opportunity, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and was proactive in finding a role that was an even better fit. He kept in touch throughout the whole process, was always happy to answer my questions, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right role rather than just placing me anywhere. With how unpredictable the job market is at the moment, having someone so supportive and honest made the experience so much less stressful. I’m really grateful for all of Oliver’s support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a recruiter who genuinely has your best interests at heart. Thanks again, Oliver!
