Finatal Recruitment

I’m shocked to see any poor reviews of this firm. Excellent staff, leadership, connections and growth in the recruitment/ interim space. Lovely people to work with, however most importantly, they have tons of business and opportunities. They are simply strong in what they do and secure good business.

My experience with Finatal through Mr R was highly disappointing due to a clear lack of professionalism, commitment, and ethics. Poor communication, broken promises, and unprofessional behavior—including blocking me on LinkedIn—caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time. Such actions demonstrate a lack of respect and reliability. In relation to my personal experience: I did not apply for the role — Mr R contacted me directly last Thursday to schedule an interview for Friday, despite it being a public holiday in Spain. I agreed. I also informed him that I would be on holiday with my family starting Monday. After several follow-up messages from my side —including one on Friday to confirm the call— he only replied late, proposing to reschedule for Monday. Then, he arranged a call with me for today at 12:00. I had to follow up again, only to find out he had another meeting, with no prior notice or cancellation from him or his team. I cannot recommend their service to anyone who values integrity and professionalism.

Had a call with a recruiter from Finatal — or at least I thought it was a call. Midway through explaining my experience, he abruptly put the phone down. No goodbye, no “thanks for your time”, just silence and eternal dial tone. I can only assume my background didn’t meet the gold standard required to warrant basic manners. If ghosting mid-sentence is part of Finatal’s vetting strategy, I guess I passed the “don’t call us, we’ll call you never” test. At least now I know where I stand. Or rather, where I was left — on hold, spiritually and professionally.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY!!! If i could zero stars i would. Spoke to one of the recruiters and discussed potential job postings that i had applied to. I emailed the recruiter the jobs and references of the jobs. It has been two weeks i have been trying to call the recruiter sent an email chaser but no response.
