I would highly recommend Ambition to anyone on the job market. They are honest and supportive, which is what you want from a agency. Ummara helped me with my job search and was always on yhe other end of the phone whenever I needed to speak to her.

Not very impressed with Claire Cheung or Ambition. I was told that it would be ‘incredible easy’ to find a job abroad, only to be ghosted and ignored for weeks on end. In the time I was waiting for Claire to respond to my chaser messages, I managed to interview and secure another job abroad. Suddenly, after I informed her I found a job, she piped-up and started responding to me instantaneously.

This agency is the most professional agency I have ever used. Sumaya is amazing. She has great relationships with the law firms she works with and guides candidates through the interview process so they are confident when they have an interview. She will only send you for interviews for positions she thinks you are capable of doing and if she thinks you need to extend part of your cv she will advise you to give you a better chance of getting the role. This is great for when you are applying for other roles. Although Ambition couldn’t help me as I live in Manchester and the roles are mainly in London, her demeanour and great personality make you feel as though you could do any job in the world.

Ambition have been brilliant, especially during this last month. Niala is always attentive to only suggest roles that have matched my requests and has always been an outstanding point of contact. Michelle has also been extremely helpful and mindful in finding a role well suited to myself. Would highly recommend this agency!
