The wonderful team at Vision for Education - Southampton branch have been truly incredible in helping me get into the world of teaching. A huge thank you to Lucy & Louisa, for always answering any questions no matter how big, or small they may be. For always being at the end of the phone, for their promptness and for their spectacular communication skills. After working for a company for 9 years, I believed I didn’t have the confidence to get back into work, let alone in a brand new field; but with the help of both magnificent staff members on my side it’s been a breeze.

Vision for Education were really helpful and managed to find me a support staff role very quickly. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking for work in education.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with Vision for Education – Southampton branch. The communication has been excellent, and the entire process, from registration to vetting, was smooth and well-organised. I appreciate the supportive approach they take with candidates, especially by providing the necessary training to help us become well-prepared and confident educators for schools across the country. A special thanks to Kerri and Louisa, who have been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. They are doing a great job, and I wish them all the best in continuing their valuable support for UK school education.

I would highly recommend Vision for Education to anyone trying to get into teaching. From my personal experience I was provided with a lot of support as well as guidance which helped me to benefit from the opportunities of working in the school sector. Not only did I undergo training before I started but they fully catered to me and helped me to find the best fit in terms of a school which is perfectly suited to my skills and in a good location, making travel simple and easy. A special thank you to Jordan Wright for working closely with me and assisting me with all of my needs. I was really well looked after and I have just signed a permanent contract and am now a full time staff member at my school.
