Elementa is a support partner for learning provisions in the UK, built on the foundations of strategic partnership. We ensure that we are well equipped to assist learning provisions of all types with extensive experience, open-mindedness, and a desire to have a positive impact on the outcomes of the young people we encounter.

Our recruitment service focuses on permanent and contract employment opportunities at all levels. Combined, we have over 50 years of specific education recruitment experience across the South of England.

The provisions we work with also benefit from our extensive network of professionals and industry specialists who share the same passion and commitment as us in supporting Partner Schools, Staff, and Students to achieve the very best they can.

From positive behaviour training & support, to specialist consultancy and intervention, our team of practitioners are well versed in supporting in a variety of settings, all grounded in best supporting the young people in our care.

We also operate Alternative Education Provisions across the South West of England under the name of Elmtree Learning Partnership and recruit education professionals to work in these settings which support learners from 5-16. We also operate a SEND School; Elmtree Grove School for primary aged learners with a primary diagnosis of Autism and SEMH.

Our combined experience spans over 50+ years and we like to think that we are capable of helping wherever is needed. Our support offers our partners peace of mind, value for money and the support of experienced education professionals.
