Vision for Education - Kent

Alice has been amazing over the whole process and couldn't have asked for more. Recommending me to schools and then going out her way to check up after my first shift to see how it went 10/10

Absolute pleasure with vision! Nolawi, Alice, Zion all helped me through the process whenever I had any issues or childcare they all supported me. A wonderful supportive team! I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience and pay was more than other agencies. Anyone wanting to join education please sign up with them! Once again thank you Vision Maidstone.

Cannot thank Vision for Education and their Maidstone branch enough! I wanted to make a career change but was struggling to get an interview without previous experience. Vision for Education gave me the opportunity to prove my skills and learn on the job. When I had a bad shift at a school, Alice and Nolawi were a great support and would check in regularly. After a year with Vision for Education I’ve secured my first full time permanent TA position with one of the school’s that I helped out with the agency. Thank you Alice and Nolawi for all your support!

I've worked with Vision since January 2023 and I must say they've been the only teaching agency I've worked with, who pays fairly and treats you like an equal. Working with the Kent branch, Nolawi is a superb Manager, Alice and Zion, and recently Nicola has been nothing short of helpful and amazing. I'd definitely recommend them. So long guy. It's been an absolute pleasure working with you. Thanks for everything!

Amazing experience working with vision always happy to help and support great opportunities for work very helpful staff

I have worked with Vision for Education Kent for more than a year. They are very friendly, professional, flexible and yet efficient . I have enjoyed working with them. Great people highly recommend.

Alice, Zion and Nolawi have been immensely helpful and supportive from the start. They all work very efficiently. Paperwork clearance, interview and training were quick and easy to do with them. Once I had the green light, straight away, Vision for Education found my first job at a wonderful school. I was hesitant first and was worried starting a role in education after not working for 4 years! Nolawi reassured me and gave me confidence. They never had to find me another job as I am still with the same school. I am so happy! Vision for Education really look after their staff, they are so polite, friendly and professional. If you wish to have the right match for you on the job market, do not look any further. I had a very bad experience with another agency, I have registered recently, for a possible summer opportunity. What a "C minus" job they have made all along. Since then, I appreciate Vision for Education even more. If it is possible. :)

I would highly recommend this agency to any teachers looking for supply work. They are supportive and helpful and pay good daily rates. Nolawi is my main point of contact at the agency and he is really friendly and helpful always going to the extra effort to find work that is suitable for me on the days I’ve requested. A fantastic agency to work for!

I had a phone call straight after my profile had been cleared. After struggling at a previous school I was hesitant to go back into a school setting as it had put me off teaching. Nolawi was very accommodating and chose a school that was the perfect fit for me and the needs I have. The past 2 weeks have been the happiest 2 weeks in a while. I would recommend Vision For Education to anyone. I have felt so supported throughout everything. Couldn’t have had a more positive experience

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Ever since joining I couldn’t have been happier and everybody on the staff team have been very helpful and friendly, they have always been there when needed and have always placed me in the loveliest of schools! Would highly recommend!!
