Vision for Education - Cardiff

Eleanor is absolutely lovely, always so compassionate and will check in at any point, very grateful for the opportunities I’ve had with schools through working with Vision for Education

I have been with Vision for Education for over a year and if it weren’t for them, i never would have ended up with my permanent job in a primary school! the agency has been so supportive and always made sure i had work when i needed it! 100% recommend as an agency for people who are going into teaching for the first time!

My experience with Vision for Education has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to make me feel valued and supported. Whenever I faced a challenging day, their encouragement and understanding made all the difference — they truly care about the people they work with. The staff don’t just listen; they genuinely hear you. Their support is heartfelt and constant, in ways that go far beyond expectations. Vision for Education is an agency that works tirelessly to ensure every employee feels comfortable, appreciated, and empowered. I’m incredibly grateful for the countless opportunities they’ve given me to rebuild my confidence and get back on my feet in the working world. Working closely with Chris Hancock was an absolute pleasure — his professionalism, patience, and dedication were simply outstanding. Even when things got stressful, Vision for Education handled every situation with calm, expertise, and care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vision for Education to anyone looking to start or continue their journey in education. They don’t just find you work — they help you grow, thrive, and truly succeed.

Eleanor is a real professional with a real attention to detail. She listens carefully and matches people to the right settings.

Eleanor is such a warm and welcoming professional, who truly went above and beyond for me. Her communication and responses are the best Iv come across. I feel that her teaching background means she understands her clients situations to a deeper level than others Iv dealt with in the past. Highly recommend
