It's early days with me and Team Educate, but so far, so good. They are professional, attentive and will accommodate needs where possible.

Team Educate is really passionate about helping others reach their goals. I will be a secondary school geography teacher once I graduate university. In the meanwhile, I’m working in primary schools alongside my university. It’s flexible and a great way to earn some experience. The team guides you through everything and is really understanding. My experience with Team Educate was disappointing overall. While the company presents itself as supportive and professional, the reality did not live up to expectations. Work allocation was inconsistent, with some weeks offering very little or no work at all, making it difficult to rely on them financially. Communication was another major issue, as I often had to chase consultants for confirmations or updates about placements that had been discussed. This lack of clarity and follow-through caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. There were also concerns around professionalism, particularly when issues arose, as they were not always handled promptly or transparently. Pay-related matters and expectations were not always clear from the start, and the absence of work during school holidays made things even more challenging. While some people may have positive experiences, mine felt disorganised and unreliable, and I would advise others to ask very clear questions before committing, especially if they are depending on consistent work and strong support.

Team Educate initially appeared to make a strong and organised start; however, this quickly deteriorated over time. There was a consistent lack of meaningful engagement and responsiveness from their staff, coupled with a clear absence of understanding of our specific needs and expectations. Critical details were either insufficiently explained or entirely omitted during the onboarding process, resulting in confusion and inefficiencies that could have been avoided with proper communication and planning. Furthermore, the primary focus seemed to shift toward encouraging payment for higher-level courses, often presented as a potential solution for improving workflow, despite there being no clear evidence or assurance that these additional costs would translate into tangible or sustainable outcomes.

The registration process has been very smooth so far. Fahmidah has been extremely helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made everything very easy for me. Thank you for everything
