I highly recommend Step Teachers, especially the excellent support provided by Mohamed and Miguel . I began working as a cover supervisor with them in Norwich in March 2025. When I moved to London in September, Mohamed was incredibly supportive and gave invaluable advice, helping me choose the best location to ensure maximum shifts. What a waste of time signed my daughter up and calling 10 times a day , done dbs , and quit another job to be available more and not 1 single day offered .. seems like some sort of scam avoid !!!!!

My experience with Step Teachers has been excellent from start to finish. Wast of time . The lady who supposed to help called Bongi was extremely rude unhelpful and difficult from day one . She asked for everything and anything about my past present and I have provided . She asked for DBS and I have provided my ID number and DOB so she can go and have a look at my update DBS record but still she was talking about DBS certificate . After explaining time has changed things are online theses days she was persistent only certificate . Why wasting people’s time ?Why u want to make it so hard and difficult for people who actually want to do the right thing and why can’t you be honest and say we don’t want to do our job or job doesn’t exist . I’m beyond disappointed .
