Rotherwood Education

In one year, no vacancy was offered. I don’t t recommend applying.

Very good people that work here amazing zest for life and do everything in the power to get you employed. They got me a very good job within 3 weeks. I called them every morning to hear about the progress and a bit of a catch-up. Trust me when I say they go full send to get you the right job for YOU!

I’ve been working with Annette on and off for 2 years and i’ve had a great experience with the company! Always have work ready for & take your opinions into consideration :)

Perfect agency to work for, my consultant Katie was a pleasure every step of the way throughout my experience with rotherwood, wages always paid correctly and on time and couldn’t be happier to help every step of the way.

I am thrilled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience working with Rotherwood Recruitment. I am a Secondary Teacher of English and have been working with Rotherwood Recruitment for a number of years now. From the moment I connected with Rotherwood, I was impressed by the level of professionalism, support, and genuine care exhibited by every member of their staff. I have developed great relationships with the staff at Rotherwood over the years. In addition to their competence in securing work for me, the friendly, welcoming and accommodating nature of the staff makes me feel valued as an individual. I work closely with Annette who is extremely efficient and communicative. The thorough recruitment process demonstrates Rotherwood’s commitment to finding the perfect match between educators and educational institutions. Annette is diligent in ensuring that teaching staff are happy with their placements and maintains good relationships with schools to secure quality placements for the teachers she works with. Annette maintains regular contact throughout my placements to see how I am finding a new school and to confirm my advance bookings I have never been out of work during my time with Rotherwood. Annette has secured me a number of long-term placements in local schools and often secures my next placement well in advance of the end of my current contract. Knowing where I will be working several months in advance is very reassuring and this security allows me to plan ahead. Annette has also always ensured that I am paid a fair rate based on my teaching experience. The security and stability that Rotherwood provide is extremely comforting and I am very grateful for this. In the current economic climate, Rotherwood have been reliable and dependable in quickly securing quality teaching placements for me. The process is very efficient and I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Rotherwood to other teachers or support staff. Thank you Rotherwood! Laura Briggs

Rotherwood is an amazing agency tyat puts the workers first

Professional, friendly, trustworthy staff, happy to help whenever is needed. I would recommend this agency with 10 stars review😊(not exaggerating) 12 years ago I’ve registered with Rotherwood, the staff was amazing and I’m pleased to say that I’m finding different team but with same professionalism, enthusiasm, high work ethics and not last really supportive. Big Thank you Jane & Katie for all your support!!!🤗 Thank you, Rotherwood for being there when I needed you most!!🙏

I was put in contact with Rotherwood Education through a family friend who works in HR at Accrington Academy. I registered with Rotherwood with Megan who was so friendly, welcoming and supportive. They sent off for my DBS promptly and kept me posted about its progress throughout. I told them which areas I was willing to work in etc. and they assured me that I would be busy with bookings. Due to the good feeling I got on my registration day, I decided to only register to this one agency, so that I could be available for work with them every day. As soon as my DBS came back, I was given a full week of bookings in advance at Accrington Academy from the day after, which I was so pleased about. So far, all my bookings have been in advance, so I have not had to wait until the morning to get a call. This puts me at ease so much more, so I know where I am working beforehand. All my bookings have been at schools within a 20-minute drive from home. Annette is my main contact, and she is regularly in touch with me to see how I got on at a new school and to confirm my advance bookings. She is always friendly, supportive and encouraging. She is also available out of hours to contact her if I need to, which is also very helpful. I am extremely happy that I joined Rotherwood Recruitment. I have only positive things to say about my experience and would recommend any other teachers to this agency without a doubt. Thank you Rotherwood!

Never used an agency until recently and I will put faith in Rotherwood going forward. Great communications, regular checks on your progress etc, and a great bunch of men and women! Thankyou!

Rotherwood Recruitment, especially the teaching side, have been fantastic with helping me get back into the teaching profession. The ladies that work here are brilliant and communicate every little stage with you and genuinely try to find employment for you as soon as possible. Within a matter of days they managed to find me a number of trial days one of which has led to me shortly being back in work.
