Ribbons & Reeves

Brad was a pleasure to work with throughout my job search. He made the recruitment process smooth and stress-free. Great communication, professional throughout and always happy to help. I'd highly recommend working with him!

First and foremost, Antonia is an absolute angel, she's been nothing but patient and sweet, and Ribbons and Reeves is nothing short of professional and responsive! They've helped me swiftly secure a long term role, and have supported my process the whole way ☺️

Charlie at Ribbon & Reeves has been exceptional, supporting me with high quality roles and bringing his expertise and strong communication throughout my job search. His commitment has been amazing and he truly outstanding at his job. Highly recommend Ribbon & Reeves, every communication I have had has been great! They are a proactive team who genuinely care. Thank you so much!

Fantastic support from recruiter Oliver who supported me with my application for a school. He was extremely supportive and accommodating of all of my questions, and provided the guidance I needed. I was successful in securing my position and want to extend my gratitude to Oliver. I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone who is looking for a new future role!

Ribbons & Reeves have been excellent in securing a role for me in a school to start my career in teaching. They have been excellent and very communicative throughout, taking a lot of time to talk to me and establish what roles would be the best for me. They show genuine care about their candidates, calling me both before and after my interview to provide guidance/see how it went. Overall I cannot recommend more. Edit May 2026 The practical in school experience I gained from my learning support role secured for me by Ribbons & Reeves has proved invaluable in being able to gain a place on a PGCE course for the next academic year. It has given me a first hand view of the school environment whilst also being able to make meaningful contributions to the learning experience of the students. I gained a greater understanding of the requirements of being a teacher and I was able to draw upon this during the PGCE application process, greatly enhancing my application and confidence. Furthermore Matt at Ribbons & Reeves was personally very supportive throughout, offering guidance based on his own experience in education which was incredibly helpful. Furthermore he offered to stay in touch beyond my placement and during my PGCE to discuss possible ECT role in the future which demonstrates the level of dedication to their candidates.

Ribbons & Reeves have helped me enormously. Ryane was able to secure me an interview with an exceptional school very quickly, and I was delighted to be offered a permanent role there, all within 2 weeks of submitting my CV! Thank you, Ryane, for your exceptional help, efficiency and professionalism. I can very highly recommend both Ryane and Ribbons & Reeves to anyone looking for a role in teaching.

Really great experience with Ribbons & Reeves, especially dealing with Matt and Momataz! Matt was an amazing recruiter who not only gave his time in explaining to me the current job market (especially regarding visa sponsorship) and an insight into the opportunities I should go for. He was instrumental in helping me secure my employment at my new school.

Ribbons & Reeves supported me immensely and allowed me to be exposed to more job opportunities than I could've had alone. I had Ryane to help me throughout, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! She is incredibly hardworking and encouraging, finding jobs for me and getting me interviews even when I thought I couldn’t. I highly recommend her; she is also remarkably kind and caring! :)

Such a helpful company from start to finish. Harry has helped me find and secure a great job, and I am very grateful to this amazing team!

Ryane has been great help in getting me the role I currently have, really supportive through every process!
