Monarch Education

I have been with Monarch since September and have found the experience very positive. I was nervous about starting with an agency, as you hear so many stories. Monarch was recommended to me by another teacher and I have felt nothing but supported. Olly, from the Oxford office, has been helpful and understanding. I feel very fortunate to have found the company and would highly recommend it to at teacher who is looking to go down the supply route.

I love that I have the freedom to choose my own pace and work style with Monarch. My consultant Ricky has been amazing at helping with my work routine and presenting many opportunities for work for me in Bristol. Thoroughly enjoying my current experience with Monarch Education.

Working with Ricky from Monarch has been great. Always positive experience talking/ communicating with him. I get schools that fit my requirements in terms of how far I would like to travel and he has sent me to some really good schools in terms of pupil behaviour. Plenty of daily supply jobs and longer term jobs come through for my availabilities. Would highly recommend.

I have been working with the monarch as a teaching assistant and support worker for almost 1/2 years now, I found my personal consultant Ricky very helpful and dedicated for my growth and finding right roles for me. I started as a part-time and now I'm doing this job as a full time.
