Mad4Recruitment have been brilliant in helping me find the best teaching positions to suit me. When I started out with Mad4Recruitment, I was anxious about getting enough work, but Maddie has had me in full-time work since the second week of the first term. She's is always available for a quick chat and keeps me up to date with anything I need to know. Would highly recommend!

I worked with Mad4Recruitment for temporary teaching work over a three-year period, during which they supported me into a school that turned out to be a perfect fit. Maddie was always approachable, supportive, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed guidance. Thanks to that placement, I’ve now secured a permanent teaching position at the same school. I found Mad4Recruitment to be professional, honest, and easy to work with throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other teachers looking for the right opportunity.

I started on Supply this September and Maddie has been absolutely incredible. Somehow I've had work every day that I've asked for it. Maddie's demeanour and professionalism is unrivalled. Carlsberg don't do Supply agencies but if they did...

After moving to Crewe, I secured work through Mad 4 Recruitment and truly appreciated the professional support and guidance provided by Maddie( Director )throughout the process. Thank you for your commitment to excellence and for making the experience so seamless and successful. Highly recommended!
