JDS Recruitment

It has been rewarding and convenient working with JDS. I didn't have to bother about time sheets, everything was completed on my behalf. Errors involving timesheets and wages were quickly rectified.

I’ve been working with JDS Recruitment for just over a year now, and I can confidently say it’s been a fantastic experience. From the beginning, my line manager Jamie has been incredibly supportive, consistently offering me a wide range of roles — including Teaching Assistant positions, after-school clubs, and midday supervisor shifts — across a variety of schools. This variety not only helped me build confidence, but also allowed me to gain valuable experience in different educational settings and with children of various ages and needs. Thanks to Jamie’s continued support and understanding of my career goals, I was recently offered a long-term position in my desired school, which I’m truly excited about. I’m very grateful to JDS Recruitment for helping me grow professionally, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start or progress their career in education.

I am extremely happy and grateful to be working with JDS Recruitment. From the very beginning, the team has been professional, supportive, and approachable. They offer excellent rates and always ensure that their candidates feel valued, respected, and well-informed. I would especially like to mention Jamie — he is an outstanding professional. Not only is he knowledgeable and efficient, but he is also genuinely kind, approachable, and always ready to help. Jamie goes above and beyond to assist and guide candidates, making the whole process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. His dedication, positive attitude, and personal touch truly make a difference. Working with JDS Recruitment has been a fantastic experience. The staff are reliable, caring, and committed to providing the best opportunities for their candidates. I confidently rate them 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking support, guidance, or career opportunities — you will not be disappointed! 👌

JDS are terrible

very communicable and easy to work with

They said they will help me find something. But they haven't even contacted me for any jobs. Its been 3 months and no one contacted me just tuck my information and lift it as that.

I have been working with JDS Recruitment since 2023, and it's an absolute pleasure working with them. My consultants changed during my time, but it was a smooth transition, and both were equally good and understanding with professionalism. It's another sign of professionalism. Thank you, Mark Colebrook, for looking after me and listening to me whenever I had any concerns. Guiding me whenever I needed any professional advice. Looking forward to work with you more.

I had a great experience working with Camelia at JDS. She was incredibly supportive, organised, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Thanks to her guidance, I progressed to an offer stage. Although it didn’t work out with the role this time, I’m genuinely appreciative of the professionalism and thoughtful representation she provided. If Camelia is anything to go by, JDS is an excellent recruiter, and I’d highly recommend them.
