It was an absolute pleasure dealing with EVera recruitment in what has been a very difficult environment with most agencies being somewhat indifferent at best, and downright misleading in the main. Sam Harrington, the agent with whom I dealt with, is a credit to the company. Polite and professional, dogged and determined, he is a genuine asset. He took the time to match me to a specific role, and then made sure that I was prepared and ready for all the interview stages, even calling me in his own time in the evening to give me updates. Crucially, he kept to his word about contacting me even when there weren't any updates, just to make sure that I knew I hadn't dropped off the radar. When he was taking holiday, he made sure I had a contact that I could speak with and verified that everyone had the correct numbers before he went. This was a behaviour that stands out because it was not representative of my experience with virtually every other agency I was in contact with over the summer. This was recruitment done properly.

Highly unprofessional people. The right to information about the company or salary is not shared until you are selected by their inhouse ignorant consultants at this recruitment company. if you are having industral exposure, they will help. For freshers they give opportunities to interview scavengers (those startup companies dont have any idea about the product they have to develop).
