Our team has a combined experience of around 100 years in food manufacturing recruitment, and most of our team have worked together between 3 & 15 years (through Quantica, Crossley House, and Xceli - all of which are food recruitment companies). In our 100 years of food manufacturing experience, we've collected a database with thousands of candidates in food manufacturing, and have been speaking to the same high-calibre candidates in some cases decades. With both time and experience we've learnt what is outstanding, and what's a lie. Who we can trust and who can help you best.

When it comes to placing someone, we meet both our clients and candidates. We reference check. To be honest this should be taken as read. What sets us apart is we know which candidates look great on paper, but are lying on their CV. Often because we placed their superior. We know who has become an interim because they're outstanding and who became one because it hides a problem.
