A fantastic company to deal with. We have placed 3 adverts for different jobs in different areas Each one has been filled with good quality candidates after receiving lots of applications which are very easily managed on their portal. Will definitely use again A1+++++

Before contacting eRecruitSmart we had tried advertising for the positions we had available ourselves, this proved to be a fruitless waste of money as we got no viable applicants. After discussing the roles with eRecruitSmart’s brilliant Client Outreach Manager – Omar, he was able to identify the shortcomings in our adverts and advise us on amendments which have resulted in a substantial number of applicants and allowed us to fill both vacancies. The extensive number of platforms that eRecruitSmart have at their disposal really did make a difference, allowing us to reach the applicants we needed for what is quite a unique and specialist role. We would highly recommend eRecruitSmart and their team. We will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future when we do more hiring.

After an extensive search, I decided to use E Recruit Smart, the sales pitch was multiple job boards, excellent positioning and high intake of applicants. Unfortunately the service we provided was very poor, the platform/ software to login to is extremely slow, loading time at least 2 minutes after any click. The lay out for candidates and CV's is unflattering, hard to use and makes recruiting this way very hard. The delivery of being on all major job boards, and many more gave only a fruitful 12 applicants... very poor We will not be using the service again

I was warned by everyone that it would be 'impossible' to recruit at the moment, so I looked at traditional recruitment agencies and was floored by the fees and lack of guarantees. I'd also tried running my own Indeed and Jobsite campaigns that just disappeared among the 22,000 vacancies and received just two applicants having spent approaching £200. Then I came across erecruitsmart - and I thought it was worth a gamble. I can only say that I have been absolutely delighted with the service and the value for money. Linda guided me through the job title and description that would attract applications and we went online with a number of distinct job boards that would have taken me days to post to and manage. In the end I had a good pool of candidates that were a typical mix of suitable and unsuitable candidates - but a little bit of filtering left me with a number of strong candidates. I can honestly say that erecruitsmart provided me with a superb candidate base to review and saved me days trying to manage various sites and adverts.- I won't hesitate to use their services again.
