Empowering Learning

Initially, the agency was very helpful and communicated well. However, communication completely stopped, so I decided to withdraw my application. I emailed regarding my withdrawal and requested a refund for the DBS I paid for myself, but have heard nothing in response. I understand it was the Christmas period, but providing no information about their opening hours during this time is unprofessional. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism is extremely disappointing.

I recently registered with Empowering Learning and my experience was positive overall. Communication throughout the process was clear, and Ravi Gill was consistently available whenever I needed support. She was approachable, easy to speak to, and made sure I understood each step while securing work. The only downside was that I had been arranged shifts but was later let go, which was disappointing. I’m not fully sure what led to this, so I can’t say whether it was within anyone’s control. Overall, the registration process and support were smooth, and I appreciated the guidance I received.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Empowering Learning from the moment I registered with them. The process was smooth, clear and well organised. A special thank you to Ravi Gill, who has supported me throughout always professional, responsive and genuinely committed to helping me find the right opportunities and going out of her way to ensure I am fully equipped and comfortable. Ravi and the team have been excellent in keeping me updated, answering my questions and guiding me at every stage. Their communication is consistent and reassuring and they really do make you feel valued. Overall I’m very happy with the support I’ve received and would highly recommend Empowering Learning to anyone looking to work with a professional agency.
