Coba Education Ltd

You send them your availability every week. You will never get any supply work. Ridiculous agency.

I’ve been with Coba Education for just over a year, working on two long-term contracts within my specialist subject. I highly recommend Coba for anyone looking to gain teaching experience and get their foot in the door. Starting supply teaching with no prior experience was unusual, but Coba welcomed me based on my core skills and merits. A big thanks to Melissa Almond, who quickly secured me a supply role in my specialty and supported me throughout—advocating for correct pay when my hours exceeded my contract and providing helpful feedback from schools to aid my development. The Coba team maintains strong relationships with schools through personal visits and regular communication, ensuring you’re never unsupported or left in the dark. Since then, I’ve had consistent work, mostly in my chosen specialty, rarely without cover. Overall, Coba has been supportive, transparent, and well-structured, helping me grow from an unqualified, inexperienced teacher into a confident candidate ready for teacher training and a strong start to my career.

I highly recommend Coba Education💯💯 They have been so supportive, friendly and very professional with me 💪💪👏👏 After I worked in a school office for them for 3 months, I have been able to apply directly for a job trough the school and I secure full - time contract directly with them. This would not be possible without Coba's support. A massive thank you to Mel and Laura 🙏🙏😇😇 Ladies keep up with the great work. I am very greatful and I feel blessed to knows these lovely ladies. 🙏🌟🏆🎖️

Good teaching agency in Northampton

Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

It has been lovely working for Sarah and Laura, both impeccably polite and understanding. Great company!

Nicest agency I know and I know lots of agencies. They listen to you, don't force you to do anything you not confident to do and always nice, polite and respectful. They do give you references what not all agencies do and they will take care of you. It was only Coba what put me on furlough during lockdown, even I was working for other agencies what didn't care, too. Lots of jobs and such a lovely people. Highly recommend

I have had a reasonable experience with the agency. They have been supportive but as schools look to cover internally as the years go by I guess it has been harder to help all. Even when I have had not such good experiences, they have trusted me.
