An Agilist at heart, I’ve spent the last few years deep in the Agile space, and now operate across both Agile and Product domains, helping organisations secure the talent they actually need, not just what looks good on paper.

Currently leading the Agile Practice at La Fosse, a Talent Solutions business on a mission to change recruitment for the better through Care, Humility and Ambition.

Outside of work, I’m a husband to Jade and a proud dad to my 2 daughters Mia and Mahlani.

My aim is to demonstrate the true value of Agile and Product thinking by connecting the right people with the right environments, helping businesses move quicker, deliver better outcomes, and remove the headache from hiring across Agile, Delivery and Product.
