La Fosse

La Fosse are a reputed recruitment company (aside of their other services like Talent and Training) and my experience with them between July 2025 and January 2026 has been very good. Special shout out to Zach B & Sean K who were instrumental in getting me my next opportunity.

I highly recommend La Fosse Recruitment! They were incredibly supportive throughout my job search in the IT sector. My recruiter Mohima Ali and Emile Bevan took the time to understand my skills and career goals, provided excellent advice, and ultimately helped me secure a fantastic role. Professional, responsive, and genuinely caring!

I constantly collaborated with La Fosse on and off since 2020. My experience with them was very good: flexibility before and after contract signed, speedy resolutions, immediate follow up of any doubts and questions. And: payment on time !!

My experience of working with La Fosse has been really positive - lots of communication and checking-in throughout the process, which has been very smooth. It also felt like they really went above-and-beyond to bring a personal touch to the process... with regular messages, mails and calls, and the folks who've managed my placement have always been quick to respond to my queries. I'm grateful for the part they've played in making my experience so frictionless!

Low standard of practice. Unreliable, slow and they seem to not do even the most basic groundwork. There are so many agencies out there, so much better: Aquent, Adecco, Harvey Nash.

Spent a while deliberating whether or not to post this review - I have contacted La Fosse numerous times since the new year and emailed a couple of members of the team specifically and had no response. Even more frustratingly they appear to be very vocal on LinkedIn with 'more hires' and 'get in touch on my status' to which I am met with radio silence. I understand that the market is bad but to be ignored continuously is shocking. I only just spoke to someone on the reception desk today (since the beginning of Jan) and she provided me with a contact number - that didn't answer At the very least it would be great to talk to someone and at least register with the agency?

My experience with La Fosse Staffing and Recruiting's recruitment process left much to be desired. After initially contacting me about a role, I promptly sent in my CV as requested. However, what followed was a frustrating two-month silence with no communication whatsoever. Just when I thought I had been overlooked, the specific job reappeared on the market. With renewed hope, I applied again, only to be told that I was deemed suitable for the role and would be scheduled for an interview. Yet again, I was met with deafening silence. The lack of communication and disregard for candidates' time and effort is utterly unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a company I was initially interested in treating potential hires in such a dismissive manner. It's evident that La Fosse Staffing and Recruiting has a long way to go in improving their recruitment process and treating candidates with the respect they deserve. Needless to say, I no longer have any desire to be associated with a company that demonstrates such poor communication and disregard for individuals.

This company is really good, great professionals, I have coordinated with Finn Crowley for my contracts and placements, he is very friendly, supportive and professional. I have also cooperated with other staff members to submit my documents, and timesheets, everyone is supportive. They have a portal for timesheets which is helpful. All payments received in time without any problem. I highly recommend this company and its pleasure to be the part of La Fosse.

I have experienced great service from La Fosse, particularly Emma Reade who has been a fantastic help in securing my first contract role and navigating the various elements of setting up as a Contractor. She is always available for support as are the rest of the La Fosse team, I would certainly recommend La Fosse's services.

I have known La Fosse and Sam Potter in particular for 10 years. Firstly I worked with La Fosse when they provided a recruitment service when I was growing a project management team. Later, they provided me with contact opportunities when I was looking for new roles for myself. I have been working for my current client, through La Fosse, for over 5 years. In both situations, I have found La Fosse to be both professional and thorough. They have been there to help when I have needed their guidance and support and have always been very timely in their help. I am looking forward to continuing our professional relationship over the coming years.
