Cameron Rogerson who I was dealing with from Zitko was brilliant with helping me find my new job. Within 2 days of getting into contact with me he managed to secure me an interview for the following day and had another lined up if the first didn't go to plan. He gave me a detailed interview perpetration kit that was detailed and very helpful, it was full of tips and strategies to help me feel more comfortable going into the interview. Not only that he was always checking up making sure everything was okay and if I had any issues he could help me with. He also helped me through the tricky task of handing my notice in and checked up on me when I started my new job. Overall he was fantastic and I highly recommend working with Zitko and Cameron Rogerson.

I have dealt with the lovely Abby at Zitko and wow what an experience ! Abby called me and has a very detailed conversation with me initially , listened to exactly what i was looking for and seemed to grasp my personality with absolute ease. After some time on the first call i was already feeling like the future was looking brighter and has been put at total ease. I felt immediately like i was in absolutely safe hands and this person genuinely wanted to do the best for me ..... and she did ! With in two days Abby had secured me an interview and explained clearly to me why she believed the role would be a good fit for me, She had cleverly matched not only my professional skill set , but my personality and ethics with what seemed to be the perfect company. Three days later i am sat in front of a teams call having an interview with what i can only describe as probably one of the nicest 'bosses' i cold have come across , conversation truly flowed and i have to say that this is not accidental , Abby had really thought about where i was going to fit in and with who. A few days and a face to face coffee and chat , i was in reciept of an offer ! It didnt stop there ! Abby has stayed in contact approaching my start date , any additional support that i might need , sometimes just a quick hello ! Ive walked away from Zitko feeling astonished ! They say some people are truly born to do the job they do , Abby this is certainly true of you , What an asset to the company you are. I truly from the bottom of my heart thank you for all your hard work but mostly your genuine kind way of communicating with me at a fraught time , helping me calm down and make some good decisions and then setting me on a path i feel really is going to give me a bright future. I was put in contact with Abby Forman, who listened and understood my requirements for my next role. She was excellent in her approach, whilst also being diligent and professional at all times. Abby is a credit to Zitko and could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Her communication skills were second to none, and her bubbly attitude made it a pleasure to deal with a recruitment agency. I have often felt that recruitment agencies just tend to deal with numbers and volume, but how wrong this assumption was whilst interacting with Abby. She made the whole process individual and specific to me and my requirements and made me feel that she was actually working for me and my interests. I cannot recommend Zitko highly enough.
