In my experience I've never met a recruiter who wasn't friendly and helpful when in discussions. If anything, most come across like old friends who just want to help you out. We all know this is disingenuous and they ghost you after your first failed interview (of which I've had many). My experience with White Label, and Neil in particular, was very different. He was friendly for sure, and helpful, but he came across far more professional and realistic than anyone else. He wasn't out to please me, he was out to do a job, and I really appreciated his genuine approach. After my first failed interview, Neil was back in touch with honest feedback that was practical and well thought out. Neil is a very busy guy yet he took his time to support me, a failed candidate who he may never earn a penny from. I found White Label's approach to a recruiter/client partnership unique and in contrast with all the other false, 500 watt smiles and empty laughs delivered by every other recruiter I have worked with. Neil did such a good job I'll probably never get to work with him again but, if you are looking for your next role, even if you don't know what it looks like, I would highly recommend you get in touch with White Label. Frankly, nobody else deserves your time more or would make better use of it.

Working with Joaquin at White Label whilst searching for a new role has been a perfect experience from start to finish. I received excellent communication from Joaquin at all times in a friendly and approachable way. from informing me about potential roles, through to interview preparation and finally advice on offer negotiation. If I ever had questions I could always call or email and Joaquin proactively kept in touch to ensure the process was going smoothly. I particularly valued the local knowledge of companies so I could be sure the role was the right one for me. For anyone looking for a design/engineering role in the Yorkshire area I can’t recommend Joaquin and White Label enough.
