Recruiter did the initial response to my application then would not follow up. Promised feedback/updates multiple times, ignored several emails I sent.

I asked many times politely not to be contacted again, but still get frequent calls from them.

I would give them a zero if I could. I approached them as I was desperate to find work. They take your cvs and all details and would pretend to send this to the employer. However never had a response or a feedback. Instead they would ring me every two weeks to ask which other agencies have approached me and for which role. They’re a scammers in my opinion and would recommend to stay away.

Absolutely a waste of time, only out to make themselves the best sales persons in that place, only interested in themselves, disgusting, unhelpful, waste of my and my talents

In my opinion this is a scammer. I am not looking for work, however I got a call and they asked me if I am open to work Proceeding to ask me all kinds of personal info. name, DOB, address, and finally my social security number. I did not give out any personal info. Then called me 22 times even after I told them to STOP. They calls have been continuing for a week now.

Used Vivid for 18 months and couldn't fault them. They were professional, friendly, prompt, and proactive, and took all of the stress out of the experience for me as someone new to contracting. Would absolutely recommend them to friends/family.

I have been using Vivid for the past 12 months over two positions and I have been very pleased with the service that I have received. I have been particularly impressed with the work that has been put in on my behalf by Kiera Green who is the best recruitment consultant that I have worked with over the past 30+ years.

I have worked with Kiera for two years now, both as a consultant and a hiring manager.  I was in a permanent role at another local authority for seven years and was nervous about going into consultancy.  Not only did Kiera identify suitable roles for me to interview for, she set up a call for me with another of her consultants who provided me with some much needed advice and reassurance about leaving my permanent role.  I was offered a placement and the whole process was smooth and organised.   I’m thrilled at my new local authority and so glad to have taken the plunge, I’ve just had my contract extended for an additional three months.  Thank you Kiera! Wearing a different hat as a hiring manager, I can also vouch that Kiera is a pleasure to work with.  In the 6 months that I have been in my new placement we have recruited four interims through her and have found that her candidates are consistently of a higher calibre than those sent over from other agents.  Kiera is also significantly faster at sending candidates through to us and has proactively anticipated the team’s needs. For example, she knew that a senior officer was about to retire so lined up candidates for us in advance so we were able to recruit in time for there to be an overlap and handover period. Again, the onboarding process with Kiera for each new recruit has been seamless and she regularly checks in to see if everything is ok and to say hi. Kiera is my go-to agent for new roles for myself as well as for our team.  She’s brilliant to work with and her thoroughness, clear communication, and ability to understand the unique needs of our team have made a positive impact and helped to bring stability and a high level of professional property competence to the team.
