After leaving my old post before maternity leave, I got in touch with unique schools solutions who were able to find me role almost immediately. I absolutely love it & have been here almost a year.

First time ever going though and agency and all I can say is positive things. The agency reached out to me and organised a phone call for the same day, provided me with a school the following week. All the staff that work there are lovely and caring. Provide extra information if needed and support. Couldn’t thank them all enough for the opportunity they have provided me with.

I love this agency! The ladies are super nice and they always have work available for me. I have recommended them to multiple people. They’re a close knit group and they all know the people that work for them, which is nice. They also offered a team teach course for when I first started, for free. It was so useful in the school I was in. I can’t thank these girls enough.

I applied for an advertised job. I completed a full day as a trial day at the school. At the end of the day I was told funding needed to be looked at!! I was there 8:10-4:00. I had no feedback until 4 days later. Needless to say this experience put me off using agencies. I had read all the positive reviews and was happy to go with them. I am writing this review for future job seekers - just be wary. I also got spammed with chaser emails for the many many forms that they need completing (approx 10 emails a day for 4/5 days in a row).
