Communication levels are terrible/non existent. I have attempted to register relating to a role advertised and assigned to lara mitchard. No response, the waited another 7 days after emailing my details again. I had to refer to Rebecca Ellis, then coincidentally received an email from Lara, apologising for the delay, and to arrange a time to discuss the role. Emailed to advise of times I had availability only for more comms silence and still nothing. Communications or lack thereof leaves a lot to be desired.
