Theo James Recruitment

My partner was approached by this company with regard to a job opportunity (ideal for his current role and our relocation). Initially, email communication was promising, but it was hard to get hold of the recruiter via phone (they kept missing each other). Since then my partner has emailed and phoned multiple times and is often told the recruiter is on another call and he will get a ring back- we've had 0 response. Such a shame, as at first their work seemed promising. But the recruiters inavailability, and lack of initiative with follow ups makes the job search process a lot more difficult and stressful.

I never worked for this agency. But they reached out about a job in my area after finding my CV. They were really polite and wished me the best of luck when I told them I had already found new employment. Will use in the future if needed

Communication was excellent before my interview. After attending interview I was met with silence l never received any feedback to say I was unsuccessful. I then contacted Theo James to ask if they could possibly get me feedback on my interview and they haven’t been courteous enough to respond. I appreciate people are busy but it takes minutes to reply to an email

They moved out and no one knows where they are going.

Good agency

the title is very misleading. no matter how hard i looked, i could not find theo james :(

Theo James Recruitment are very professional and they go above and beyond to find you the right role and match you up with the right company. Zak supported and gave guidance throughout! I would recommend Zak and his team to anyone seeking honesty, clarity and guidance in their working careers.

Had Zak as a recruiter before, had him again for my most recent job move. Great communication and always on the ball to help out whenever needed. Quick responses and pushes to grt things over the line at a good pace

Beth and Zak were brilliant! They kept me updated at every stage of the process. I'm now very happy at my new job. Thanks a lot guys!

Shaun at Theo James did an excellent job at providing me with an opportunity with a company that suited my experience and my skills. He was spot on with providing me with background on the company and prepared me well for the interview by putting through a video interview first. Top recruitment company. Would recommend to anyone. Much happier person now that I have found a job where I work with a great team of people and we are all working towards the same goal. Very grateful to Theo James for the support.
