The Sterling Choice

Details have been obtained without my consent and cannot tell me where my details have been found, currently have a CV that is NOT up to date. Emailed several times saying to please remove me from their system. Pestering and overall a nuisance!

I wouldn't reccomend this employment agency. Found it to be disrespectful, unprofessional and misleading. Some adverts were posted with no experience required but in reality they are prioritising people with experience instead. It took them 2 days to acknowledge my phone calls and then argued back they've sent me an email when they didn't. Distasteful customer service.

This is my second experience with Sterling choice, last year with Joe and this year with Hannah…what to say? Excellent services and people that really cared about me and where I want to progress with my career. I will definitely keep in touch for a future assistance. High recommended

10 out of 10 - Excellent Service........ You know when you receive those annoying calls, where you haven't even looked at a job, yet someone thinks you fit the profile??? Well I got one of those, from a very polite and professional young lady called Annaliese, from a recruitment agency I'd previously not came across. After the usual of describing what I do & don't want in my next career move, I waited for the typical offer of several jobs that definitely fitted the "I don't want category"... Then after a short pause Annaliese threw me a curve ball.... Sean, I think I've got the job your looking for! And guess what it was, after 12 weeks now I'm loving my new challenge and can't thank Annaliese enough for dropping me an unexpected call. Regarding the service provided, it was nothing but 100% satisfaction. Regular updates, even plenty of reassurance regarding any doubts and concerns I had (as changing job roles in my opining is not something to be taken lightly). In addition to supporting every step along the process, Annaliese also dropped me a follow-up call within my first 4 weeks to see how I was settling in. I sincerely hope that Sterling Choice encourage all their staff to hold the same high standards, if I'm ever looking for a new challenge, I know who my first call will be too for assistance.
