This one is a real market attention seeking recruiter.
I had a role that was not published but working with a trusted recruiter and had candidates in process. The Search were relentless in following up asking to push candidates in front of us. We said no - but still had CVs arrive. Good CVs, but paid no attention to the PSL and the arrangement already in place. Whilst the intent was good it made me not want to work with her again.
