Stay away from this company! Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. They initially hooked me in with promises of a perfect job opportunity, even offering to cover my travel expenses for the interview. Against my gut feeling, I went ahead with the second interview, convinced by their assurance that it was a great match for my skills and career goals. But just 10 days before I was supposed to start, they heartlessly pulled the offer, blaming it on some flimsy excuse about location inconvenience for non-drivers. Not only did this leave me in the lurch, but it also hit me hard financially as I had already geared up for relocation. To make matters worse, the agent who had been so supportive suddenly disappeared into thin air when things fell apart. Despite my attempts to reach out, he was leaving me to deal with the mess on my own. And as if that wasn't enough, their response to my request for reimbursement for the interview travel expenses was downright appalling. Despite their promise to foot the bill, they conveniently brushed it off as a "unique case" and refused to cough up the money. Their lack of professionalism and integrity left me seething. When I reached out to the company director, expecting some empathy or at least an explanation, I was sorely disappointed. While they promised to reimburse me, there was no acknowledgment of the distress they had caused. Their email tone was very informal, as if they were blaming me for the whole mess. What's truly heartbreaking is the amount of time and effort (2-3 months!) I wasted chasing after my rightful reimbursement. What I really wanted was a simple apology or a clear explanation, but they couldn't even muster that. So, here's my advice to anyone dealing with this company: Keep a paper trail of everything and demand written confirmation for any promises made. Otherwise, you'll end up like me, feeling disrespected and deceived. Stay far away unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.
