Strategic Dimensions

I've been aware of SD on and off for several years due to their connections with the Corporate Research Forum. I recently went through a pricess through to final two for a temp to perm senior HR role and found SD's team, and Chris Williams in their Interim team in particular, fantastic to deal with.

Early and frequent communication, good candidate briefs with great insight on the prospective employer. They knew the employer's needs well and clearly had good connections with them so were able to help with preparation etc. Great communication throughout, even during a slightly prolonged final decision period.
