Started off great with a consultant called Rosie, once she left, awful experience. Glenn wouldn't come back on any questions, found the whole service unprofessional. Continuously chasing them, so glad when my contract ended and I wouldn't have to deal with them again.

They are very unreliable. Won't get back to you, despite chasing them up. They lead you on, only to leave you hanging and leave you in the lurch

Forced to use Stott and May and shocked to find one has to wait 3 months for payment. Shocking, and if you have a choice one to avoid.

can't give no star.. called up to speak to someone and the call get transferred 3 times; after at least 5 min, got told that person is back at her desk but hit voice mail instead. Never call you back even if you already on their database.
