When applying for a job through this agency, I was applying whilst away on holiday. I received a job offer and my company was more than happy to let me spend more time there before I started. Spectrum however lied to me to say that I needed to start sooner as they were worried that I might change my mind if I left it too long. Additionally, for my first interview I was given the incorrect date and had to drive to the interview location before being told to go back home as the interview was scheduled for tomorrow. Instead of communicating this to the employer (who later said they would've been happy to interview me then), he pretended to have contacted them saying they couldn't reorganise it for today and instead had me come back the next day without letting the employer know. Unhappy with their dishonest practices for such little gain.
