Curtis has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my time with Smile Education. He’s always quick to respond, keeps me updated with placements, and really takes the time to understand what kind of work suits me best. The communication has been clear and reliable, which makes such a difference when working through an agency. I really appreciate the effort he puts in to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!

Fraser at Smile Education is an excellent consultant - friendly, supportive and most importantly communicates efficiently. I’ve worked with a few teaching agencies and a few consultants, Fraser is the best yet! A pleasure to work with.

I have recently signed up with Smile Education after being made redundant in November. Thanks to Curtis, my signing up process and interview were good, he made me relax and got things sorted for me. He couldn’t of done anymore to improve my journey.

Thank you to Demi for such a positive interview experience. Demi made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging, and I appreciated how attentive and clear she was throughout the discussion.

I’ve had a really positive experience applying with Smile Education Supply Agency. As a supply teacher, the whole process was sorted quickly, smoothly and very professionally. Communication was clear throughout and everything was handled efficiently. Demi and Fraser were especially helpful — both were friendly, approachable and made the onboarding process straightforward and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Smile Education to other supply teachers looking for a reliable agency.

Stella was amazing to work with and played a key role in helping me secure a permanent position. She was professional, supportive, and always kept me well informed. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated consultant.

Disgusting company. Said they would give me work, never got back to me made me pay £60 for a DBS they haven't approved of yet. slow communication. 0/10

Tisha listened to my preferences and helped me find work at nearby schools which has been convenient for me when it came to travelling there.
