I recently worked with Rothsteins to secure my role as an analyst for an insurance MGA, accepting the offer in February and starting in April 2026 - the whole experience was a positive one from start to finish. From the outset, it was clear this wasn't just a transactional relationship (although I was prepared for it to be based on experiences with other agencies) — Will took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and how that genuinely aligned with the requirements of the role. Feedback at every stage — including initial suitability screening — was prompt and detailed, and the team were responsive and easy to reach when needed, which I really appreciated - which is especially important when candidates are exploring other options for obvious reasons. What truly set Rothsteins apart, though, was that the support didn't stop once the offer was in hand. Will met me for drinks to celebrate, and it felt like a genuine relationship had been built — not just a placement ticked off a list and a quota met.
