I worked for across several London demolition sites through this agency and found it a very disappointing experience. Pay rates were reduced multiple times without warning, expectations kept increasing and communication from site management was often tense and inconsistent. Health and safety standards did not always seem to be followed, and tools were sometimes in poor condition. Workers’ concerns were rarely addressed in a professional way. Instead of resolving problems, people were often moved to another site or dismissed. The agency and some of its clients present themselves well, but in practice there seemed to be little genuine care for staff. On some sites clients managers and untrained supervisors behaviour felt bullying, aggressive, and toxic, and workers were pressured to arrive early to sign in without pay. Some other workers were also very unprofessional or unwilling to pull their weight, which made it harder for those trying to do a good job. Overall, the environment felt stressful and unsupportive, and labourers were often treated as just a number rather than valued employees. Working for this agency has put me off demolition for good, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before accepting similar roles.

Applied for the same job 3 times even had a message to send my personal details over to be ghosted and they do not answer back or read messages. I've reported them for misleading job posts. Read the reviews for these and to say to avoid them is what I'm doing now. Imagine trying to get a answer looking for your payment. No reply. Remove my personal details. You lot databreach no thanks

I've had the same experience as others where Romax have confirmed an upcoming demolition job and then cancelled it at the last minute. I won't be using this company again and you should steer clear too.

Are Romax Recruitment going to acknowlegde the major data breach by one of their employees Jessica Capon? Romax has sent sensitive data, email addresses and personal details out during a mass email drop for a part time cleaning role. Hundreds of personal details including names and personal email addresses have been circulated without consent due to this error and Romax Recruitment still have not acknowledged this breach. When are Romax going to take responsibility?

I’ve had a really good experience with Romax Site Services Ltd. The team is always professional, supportive, and quick to respond. A big thank you to Summer and her agency for constantly helping and guiding me with job opportunities they’ve been super reliable and easy to talk to. I really appreciate all the effort and support they’ve given me. Definitely recommend Romax to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy agency!

If I could leave o0 stars I would had interview book in with royal mail after months of bk and forth with rosie Then out of the blue assment canceled no reson no exapanlnation spoke to boys on site as because i know the guys on site as currently worked here through manpower. Just avoid move away this company need to have a good look at how they react people c the way they speak to people and handle things is ridiculous Really need to restructure your company if u like this applying for a job oh God help if worked for you Avoid avoid aviod

Applied for work with Iceland. I was told that there were plenty of shifts available........ and that I had to complete an online induction, which took 2 hours. Also, that I'd be paid for the 2 hours, once I had completed 5 shifts. Not even been offered 1 shift! They sign you up, then ignore you. Don't waste your time

Offered me a job, I turned down other offers only for them to tell me they wouldn't hire me due to the signature on my driving licence appearing different then the one I provided them, they clearly get you on 'hold' then drop you with ridiculous reasoning. Avoid at all costs

Had no issues with work everything has been well even though only being here a short period of time I can already tell it’s very professionally ran and also do add kye has been great

BAD communication! Hardly ever respond to messages on indeed, and haven’t responded to my text. The only reason I had a response last week was because I left a bad review!
