Riviera Partners

Riviera Partners is a global executive recruiting firm specializing in Technology, Engineering, Product and Design leadership. We understand that hiring the right technology leadership is the difference between success and failure for any company.

Product development leaders – engineering, product, and design – are the most critical executive hires a company will make.

Exceptional product development executives possess a rare combination of leadership experience and demonstrated technical achievement, making them difficult to find and even harder to evaluate.

Riviera’s exclusive focus on technology talent means we bring decades of collective domain experience, tens of thousands of executive relationships, and the accumulated data of hundreds of thousands of interactions with technology leaders to bear for our clients on every search.
