React Recruitment Ltd

What can I say other than Wow. I was out of work for 4 1/2 months and not in a good place. Tara rung me and offered me a placement at Action Roadways I’ve done three weeks there now, and I am enjoying it so much. I even said to the transport manager there “It’s like coming home” I truly feel I belong here and I haven’t been this happy in months. Everyone is so lovely and I’m going to work smiling, and returning home tired but still smiling.

Found me the perfect position, very supportive throughout the entire process with clear communication. The recruitment office I dealt with, Tara, was absolutely brilliant, cannot recommend higher

On a scale from one to how much React Recruitment can change your life—they’re off the charts! I wasn’t even looking for a new job when React Recruitment found my CV. I was stuck in a high-stress, commission-based sales role in renewables—never imagining there could be something better out there for me. Then React stepped in. They saw potential in me for a role I never would have considered applying for myself. And thank goodness they did—because fast forward eight months, and I’m in the best job I’ve ever had. The process was unbelievably smooth, and everyone I dealt with at React was supportive, proactive, and genuinely brilliant at what they do. If you're job hunting—or even if you think you're not—React Recruitment might just find the perfect role you never knew existed. And if you're hiring? Trust them to find the talent you didn’t know you needed. Game-changer!
