Lovely people! I had no issues with them at all, in fact I miss the Barnsley team (Emily, Chloe, Jade.. can’t remember all the names). Very nice, polite, caring and professional, always quick to resolve issues. Sad that I have moved away from Barnsley but I’d 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good agency in Barnsley.

I am currently teaching in Australia and we are in the process of selling up and returning home after 20yrs away! I have been corresponding with Amber through email and have been immensely impressed with her communication, care and professionalism. Having taught in England before emigrating I still know teachers in the Yorkshire area who have informed me that if I am seeking work most school use Provide due to the professionalism and ease of communication. Short version: Applied for a SEND Tutor role (I have 20+ years teaching experience and 5 in this role) They rang but I was unable to take it. So we arranged a call the following Monday. Monday came, no call. Tuesday I get a message saying she wasn't in work. Fine, no problem. I messaged back (via indeed) no response to my message. I messaged again - no response. A week later I get another message on indeed with further excuses. Finally spoke to SEND coordinator and agreed to meet up the following Tuesday (time not confirmed) I then spent time filling in compliance over the weekend. Monday came with no communication about the time on Tuesday. 9.40am on Tuesday morning and I get a call to say she was running late and to meet up at a certain place and time....... Absolutely not. If you can't organise your diary the day before and let me know a rough time and place the following day then you do not deserve my time and experience. Do not think you can just rock up on the day with a time and think I will sit around all day waiting for you. In my opinion, unprofessional and not a company I would want to put my name to if this is how they organise themselves.

Absolute shambles of a company to work for. My granddad passed away and then another family member in a short space of time. They weren’t understanding at all. After this they put me out to work again, but then decided to withdraw the job offer. Very rude and impolite staff. Paid £15 for a course I never attended and refuse to pay the money back! Wouldn’t work back here for the love of money! There’s another agency I’ve been working with that are absolutely amazing! Much better than these guys!

This is a great company to work with, I have been with them for 10 months and they have been wonderful with me. This year has been tough but I have felt very well looked after by provide education. They have called on several occasions during the first lockdown just to make sure I was OK, and keep me updated on what is happening, each term I have a phone call from jacob just to see how I am getting on and if I need anything. It is always a pleasure to speak to the team at worksop. I would highly recommend this company to others. Great job guys! Thankyou!

I have learnt so much whilst here. I never passed anything at school but since I came here I have passed 12 Olevels and I am now going to University in September. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.
