Premier Work Support

Worked for premier appointments years ago and got a permanent job with them but now I've applied for several warehouse jobs with this agency to get zero response.

Excellent company that cares, they have been supporting our business for many years, with temporary cover when needed. Michelle is exceptional.

Very good agency, signed up and registered and was offered a job the next day, Michelle was very helpful and easy to contact with any questions, had no issues or problems with Premier.

Not really too great an experience here, over a year ago I signed up to Premiere work support & came in to fill out some (LOTS) paper work etc....was told won't take long & didn't really need to bring much with me when I asked - it did as I didn't have ALL info on me, after that nothing which is no big deal if they haven't got any suitable for for me then it is what it is !! Then some time after they secured interview for me (great ! no really it was) then was told to come in again ! to fill out more paper work, I thought the process won't be so long as they got ALL the info from last time but no I had to do exactly the same again ! Both times I could of done all this at home & emailed it over which would of been lot better & less time consuming rather than taking up my time & at MY expense costing me to get here. This wasn't my main grievance, it was after the interview I had no contact feedback as a way of saying I was unsuccessful - I get that they probably hired someone better but contacting me to tell me & provide feedback would of gone a long way rather than being ghosted here. I did what was asked but they didn't. I've been played. Think the ladies name is Amy or Amber Burnett

Great experience with Premier. Went through a long period without a job and within the first week of registering they found me a placement. Shannon and Michele were also very helpful and attentive.

We are very disappointed with how the agency treated us. I brought my mum in hopes of finding her a job, but they didn't even try to communicate with her. She mentioned that her English isn't perfect, and they told her to first learn perfect English before coming back. This is how the agency welcomed us. It's especially upsetting because my mum has previously worked as a cleaner for an English company with an English manager. Both my mum and I feel very upset about this experience.
