Very disappointed with the level of organisation and communication. I was promised a call back multiple times but never received one, despite following up three times myself. This lack of reliability wastes my time and shows a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend if you expect clear communication and follow-through.

One of best in Area, honest, quick reacting, and well organised. I worled with Platonum as temp chef, and use them as Head chef needing chefs, as well use their services to find new pernamemt work, in all situations I had great service.

Great employer helped me out so much with shifts, respectful to your flexibility and always have shifts to offer however it suits you.

Fantastic recruitment agency & can do nothing but highly recommend! Due to unforeseen circumstances I have been in need of temporary work and had been recommended Platinum. From the get go, Amy guided me through the process via a quick call, a few obligatory emails were sent over to register in quick succession and were very simple to follow - all online as well which was incredibly helpful as I was away from home at the time. Can say with ease that what sets Platinum apart from other recruitment agencies is the manner within how you’re communicated with, always with clarity and professionalism. Feel pretty let down by the overall experience with this agency. Had some temp with booked in through them before Xmas and Everything seemed good to start with. Was booked into do a number of shifts and originally told I was going to be paid before Xmas which was great as I hadn't worked in a while and wanted to spoil my family a little. I was also having to spend money on travel to get there as I rely on public transport. After my second shift I was told there was a mix up with dates by their client so wouldn't now be paid until the 29th dec . Naturally I was frustrated an couldn't understand how they could get mixed up but accepted mistakes happen. I ended up spending more than I should thinking I would get paid on the 19th(My problem I know). As a result I didn't think I'd be able to make all of the shifts and told them I'd let them know. A few days later I messaged saying that I couldn't do one of thenshifts but could do the rest. I was told all shifts had been cancelled and not to come in for 2 dates dates of five I had booked in for. This wasn't very clear so I had to message just to clarify what I was meant to be doing. It came across like they weren't sure what I was actually booked in for. I asked if I could get an email to confirm this as evidence for my job coach and I was completely ignored. I rang the office a couple days later and was told I'd get a call back as they were unavailable but again heard nothing back. It wasn't until I emailed another member of staff that I finally had everything confirmed.

I have been dealing with Natasha Seadon at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Ltd company for many years, I thought to myself it is about time to appraise the excellent work that Natasha and her team are doing. Key attraction for me to use platinum as an exclusive Recruitment agency working closely to Natasha & Tony : - they are prompt & efficient - they have an excellent Recruitment model - they are a great starter and excellent finisher when selecting the right candidate for the job.
