PinPoint from start to finish have been amazing, it was an easy application, I was talked through everything and it was done with ease. Gary got me in a very good company which I am very proud to work for on the books now. There were no issues at all, I was always paid on time and any questions I had were answered very quickly with no fuss. I cannot recommend PinPoint enough. I’ve been through a few agency’s in my time, but PinPoint have been the best by far.

I applied on indeed for a health and social care role with this company I was due go for my interview but to turn up to be told that I would need at least 6 months of experience in health social care. Then I would need to do a match and English test. You think they would tell you these things in advance and the woman on the reception came across as quite rude when I was asking questions.

Disappointing, Advertised a job on indeed I applied for it but missed a message via indeed but phoned pinpoint up next day 22/23 Dec about it and found out about it and where it was etc. They ask if I could drive unfortunately I said no but company is about 2.5 mile walk 40 mins I don't mind it's my choice !!. Why drive ?? Cheaper and just as quick as car and push bike with traffic Unfortunately they said they vacancy has filled. But after Xmas period and new year over it's been re advertised twice!! On indeed . Re-applied and say I regretted no getting it first time. they came back to me and said to me if I was interested i said yes it's all good and register etc just waiting for start date as trainer on holiday, first full week into January (Wednesday phone call and register) They phoned me up on Thursday about another vacancy I said I can't drive so pointless doing three shift work sounds like about 7mile away Now Tuesday the following week the vacancy that I wanted back on indeed.3rd time Phoned up to today 13th of Jan asking about what was going on They said nothing at the company and aren't taking on where this role is etc and it shouldnt be listed etc on Indeed. Waste of time . And you wonder agencies get bad reviews etc . (No sorry should walk 7miles For the other role going 🤦‍♂️🤔)

Pin Point Recruitment seems to be putting a lot of effort into burying negative feedback by flooding review platforms with suspiciously generic, overly positive reviews. Once you look past that, a very consistent pattern appears. In my experience, Pin Point Recruitment operates with slimy, dehumanising tactics and a shocking level of unprofessionalism. They waste people’s time with trial shifts for manual roles and extremely easy tests, then fail to follow up afterward. I personally attended in person and completed a computer test that was so easy it was impossible to doubt the outcome. The staff member even mentioned the pass score percentage, which made it obvious I had comfortably passed. I honestly got the impression that he maybe wasn’t meant to mention that, as it removes their ability to quietly pick and choose people based on factors other than merit. Despite passing, I was never contacted again. No explanation. No feedback. Just complete silence after I had spent my time and effort turning up. After reading many other reviews describing the exact same experience, it raises uncomfortable questions about how decisions are actually made. When people pass tests yet are ignored, it naturally makes you wonder whether certain candidates simply don’t “fit” whatever image or preference they’re looking for, rather than being judged fairly on ability. Whether that’s unconscious bias, box-ticking, or something more ideological, it certainly doesn’t feel transparent or fair. There are also numerous claims that people are pushed through trials, tests, or courses only to never be hired, leading many to suspect candidates are being used for funding or quotas, not real job opportunities. The way staff then disappear without explanation is deeply disrespectful. This is, by far, the most slimy and unprofessional recruitment company I’ve personally encountered. If you’ve experienced something similar, speak up — because once you strip away the fake positivity, the same story keeps repeating.

If I could give this organisation zero stars I would. Probably the worst "employment agency" in the country

Excellent

Pin Point Recruiting quickly gave me two job interviews. Kieran recommended me, and I was successful on one of them, able to start work immediately. They are a very good recruitment agency.
